Stew's House of Bagels Reviews

When you need good New York bagels you gotta drive to them. We called ahead and ordered a dozen. When we got there, my husband had an egg and cheese on a sesame. I had a salt bagel with butter. The small and unassuming in a strip plaza it does have some outdoor seating so you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a bagel. They make their own cream cheese absolutely delicious. The woman behind the counter was more than sweet. We met David the son of the owner and chatted about bagels as my husband is a former bagel baker from New York. They did have something I've never seen before which was bagel bread pudding. Also left with a bag of homemade cookies. Very large oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip. Plus jelly sandwich cookies. Coffee was very good. Prices are right stop by get a bagel with a schmear

Amazing bagels! Could eat them everyday! The guy behind the counter wasn't very personable though. Still will go back.

Going to Stew's is like stepping back in time to 1985 Long Island. Nothing fancy - just your basic bagels and cream cheese. No trendy flavors nor fancy coffees either - just Yoo-Hoo in a can. Friendly staff! Great bagels! My New York girlfriend approves! Support local business. Closed Mondays. Seating is limited. 1 table inside and a couple tables outside.

This is what I've been searching for! The sesame bagel was perfectly chewy with a great crust. You could tell the chive cream cheese was made fresh, so yummy. The shop itself is small but there are tables outside and the staff were very nice. It feels a bit nostalgic upon walking in. There aren't any bells or whistles but you don't need them when your bagels are this good! This will be definitely be our go to bagel shop from now on!

Delicious New York style bagels. There were 3 little old ladies behind the counter running the place. They were friendly and adorable. There isn't really a place to sit inside but just get your bagels and go. Crammed the bagel in my face before taking a pic.

Hi hello consumer looking for a good bagel and baked goods. A visit to get the plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a side of their specialty baked goods may be the highlight of your day. I say that because they periodically offer some real treats, as well. They serve specialty bagels, like pumpernickel, wheat, onion, garlic and have a refrigerator full of refreshing beverages like V8, Tropicana Orange Juice, and more. The team at this place has decades of experience, quality service and appreciate any amount of feedback. Thank you Stews House Of Bagels Pen Pal SMC-Shawn Marie

This place is conveniently Right next to my lash girl. If I'm there early enough, I always get an egg bagel breakfast sandwich. Their bagels are good and the bagel sandwiches are priced pretty cheap. They are always super friendly and nice! The rugelach is so tasty and a nice grab and go snack. Come early because they do run out of the more popular flavor bagels.

Genuine water bagels at this Largo institution. As close to NY bagels as you'll find in Pinellas County. Bagels have a crisp crust, soft and moist on the inside. All of the classics are available - plain, egg, sesame, poppy, everything, onion, salt. Plus bialys! They don't last with the FL humidity so if you don't eat 'em today, slice' em for the freezer. A quick toast and they're as tasty as if they were fresh. If bagels are what you're craving, Stew's is where it's at in Largo!
